Our parties have at least one first aid certified coach at all times. We sometimes offer parties as training for junior volunteers / staff. We appreciate your patience if on the job learning is occuring, we value leadership opportunities for youth!

Additions (by Special Request)

Tips are always appreciated by our staff! If you would like to tip your party coaches, we suggest bringing cash and in a way it can be split between the 2 to 3 staff working (we dont have cash onsite to make change).

Up to 15 guests ages 5 and up. Underage children can be reserved at the time of booking, or by email.
Parking - Street parking is for your use. The Building back Parking lot is not permitted. We do have drive thru drop off - see details here
Tables and chairs are set up for you.
Bring all your own supplies and food, like table cloths, plates, and decorations
Children under 5 occur extra costs due to staffing ratios.
Parents / non-participants - please limit the number of parents at 1:1 in the foyer due to licensing. Drop off is encouraged for groups ages 5+
Parents - please remain in the lobby unless taking a quick picture. Exception: preschoolers, children who require parent support / BI. Please email us for special requests.
Limit decorations, avoid sticking things to the walls, take your decorations with you when you leave.
Please be considerate if other parties and guests are sharing the space!
No Food or drinks allowed other than water in main gym area. This includes sport drinks.
Online Waivers will be verified at entry and only those with completed waivers may enter. Waiver is availalbe on the bottom of our website. If a waiver is missing, the participant family must complete the waiver via their personal device before entering the training area.
No payments or registrations taken on site. No extras are permitted after initial booking unless given 10 days notice.
Please - if not feeling well, stay home!

Parents / non participants may not enter the main gym areas. Party host may enter to take a photo briefly. Exception: pre approved preschool parties or to support children who require parent support / BI.

WAIVER **ONLINE ONLY** MUST COMPLETE BEFORE PARTY available at the bottom of our website www.tumblecity.net This can not be done on site unless you use your personal device

Freshly washed / clean indoor shoes (or remove shoes but best to have clean shoes for parkour)
Long hair tied back
Athletic clothing comfortable for going up-side-down
Do not Drop Off until waiver is verified.
Burnaby, Edmonds Location: Parking is LIMITED during birthday times due to local event halls and other businesses! Arrive early to find parking on Edmonds, or surrounding streets.
If not feeling well, please stay home! Sick children may be asked to sit out for safety of our staff and other guests.
