What to Wear:

Athletic attire suitable for going upside-down (tucked-in t-shirts and shorts or tights/sweats).

Cheer and Parkour athletes must wear indoor-only footwear; Gymnastics athletes may be barefoot.

No jewelry permitted. Leave valuables at home.

Arrival and Pickup:

Escort your child into and out of the building.

Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. Pick up promptly; $1/minute late fee applies. Repeated late pickups may result in cancellation.

General Rules:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Early pickup disrupts classes and should be avoided.
Conduct:

Athletes and parents must show respect, sportsmanship, and appropriate behavior in person and online (including BAND, social media, etc).

Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Athlete Health & Injuries:

Provide medical/neurodivergent information (e.g., ADHD) in the Medical field during registration. Coaches see this in their app.

Doctor’s note required for longer-term injuries. Return to Play form required for head or longer-term injuries. See Member News page for details on return-to-sport protocols.
Spotting and Coaching:

Only qualified staff may coach or spot skills. Athletes and parents may not spot each other.
Food and Drink:

No food or drink inside the facility except water in a sealed container.
Makeup Tokens:
-
We provide makeup tokens for reported absences in ongoing classes (excluding cheer or programs on sale). Tokens are valid 30 days and must be used for a class of the same type (space permitting).

Holiday closures are prescheduled and expected and do not qualify for makeup tokens.

Makeup tokens are issued when there are not 5 weekends in a month during a session.
Class Transfers:

Transfers may be possible case-by-case, depending on space. Contact info@tumblecity.net.
Attendance Policy (All Star Cheer):

All practices mandatory. Schedule everything around practices.

Missing practice for homework/studying not accepted.
-
Arrive 5 minutes early; stay 10-15 minutes late when needed.

Absences (medical appointments, other sports, no-shows) may result in benching or removal. Behavior negatively affecting the program may also result in removal.

In case of illness/injury, athletes must still attend unless otherwise directed. Notify coaches 4+ hours in advance. Absences within 2 weeks of performances not approved.
Tuition:

Tuition is a flat fee starting in September and continues throughout the year.

Tuition does not fluctuate or prorate based on holidays, number of classes, or missed classes.
Financial Policies:

All sales are final. Strict no refund policy.

Automatic payments remain in effect until proper notice provided.
-
Responsible for all costs (tuition, registration, apparel, travel, etc).
-
Failed payments: $15 NSF (e-check), $5 (credit card). Fees added manually. Accounts overdue 7+ days may have service interruption or be sent to collections.

Tuition does not fluctuate based on attendance or number of classes in a month.
Cancellation:

Registration is a season-long commitment.

1 month notice required for recreational/novice cheer. 2 months notice for all-star cheer/pre-competitive programs.

No cancellations accepted in December, January, March, or April.

Tuition pauses/credits not permitted.
-
Programs under 6 months (camps, clinics, short-term) non-refundable and cannot be dropped.

Cancellations due to injury require a doctor’s note and are handled case-by-case.
