Gymnastics

From Cartwheels to Layouts, our Gym & Tumble program supports every athlete’s journey – whether they’re just starting out or chasing that first aerial. Choose from three dynamic paths based on your child’s goals, focus, and commitment.

💗 Other Offerings:

  • Parent & Tot (Ages 1–4): A parent-supported, laughter-filled intro to movement.

  • Cheer Tumbling: Designed for cheerleaders looking to sharpen their standing and running skills for routines.

  • Private Lessons: One-on-one coaching to level up faster—great for overcoming blocks, fine-tuning technique, or learning something new!

Recreational

Perfect for: Beginners, hobbyists, and kids who want to build foundational gymnastics skills in a once-a-week format.

This fun-filled program is all about movement, confidence, and FUNdamentals! Athletes explore skills across floor tumbling, beam, bars, and air track through engaging, upbeat classes.

Classes are grouped by age and skill level. Progress is tracked using our colour system, and students can advance through assessments at their own pace.

💗 A great choice for kids ages 1–teen looking for movement, confidence, and smiles in every class.​!

Novice

Perfect for: Motivated athletes ready to train 2x/week or more, invited based on skill, attitude/focus, and coach recommendation!

This program is designed for athletes who are serious about their gymnastics journey and want to dial in proper form, strength, and technique.

 

With more frequent training, Novice athletes progress faster and build the foundational habits required for higher-level performance.

 

Novice athletes continue through the colour system, but with more detailed instruction, goal setting, and skill breakdowns. Athletes will also begin learning drills that set them up for pre-competitive or cheer-based tumbling success.

Athletes will have the opportunity to participate in in-house performances and training assessments.

To book a private assessment, please visit our registration portal and choose "private lessons".  Be sure to select a Gymnastics coach.

PreComp

Perfect for: Dedicated athletes ready for structured training, goal progression, and a team-like atmosphere — without the full demands of traditional competitive gymnastics.

Our XCEL Pathway follows the Gymnastics BC CCP/XCEL guidelines and blends artistry, athleticism, and individual goals in a supportive team setting. Athletes train multiple times per week and have the opportunity to participate in in-house performances, training assessments, and friendly interclub events.

Focus includes:

  • Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor

  • Technical skill development

  • Flexibility, strength & mental focus

  • Optional performance opportunities

This is the perfect next step for those looking for more than just rec—without committing to a high-level competitive stream. 💪

Financial Assistance

Financial Assistance may be available to you for any of our programs, classified as "Gymnastics" for parkour and tumbling, and "Cheerleading" for all cheer programs.
