OUR CAMPS ARE BEGINNER FRIENDLY!  With customized programming to ensure all levels have a great experience! 

THEMES

ALL IN ONE - A mixture of Parkour, Cheer, and Gym & Tumble all in one fun day!

PARKOUR - Running, climbing,  swinging, vaulting, jumping, rolling, tricks, challenges, flipping, and so much more using our custom parkour facility with many obstancles and equipment.

CHEER / GYM & TUMBLE - combining gymnastics, acrobatics, dance and team work. includes floor tumbling, beam, bar, and air track based skill work and focuses on FUNdamentals

COME INSIDE to sign your child in and out.
PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO BANG ON THE WINDOWS AND DOORS to be let in.

OPEN GYM / EXTENDED DAY Summer (July August):

  • Weekdays 3:00-4:30pm

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT OPEN GYM FORMAT:

  • Open gym is a great time to train your skills with a friend or on your own!  

  • Gym may be empty, we suggest bringing a friend, especially for first timers or those who are newer to our gym.

  • Not suggested for children who want to "run around" or "play games".  We have children and adults doing parkour, tumbling, stunting, and more throughout the facility.  So game play and running around is not safe.

  • Light supervision is provided however this is not an instructor led program.  It's an open format.

  • Minors are expected to be able to be responsible and follow general ettiquette.

  • Adults and Children may be training at the same time in the facility at some times (see age restrictions)

  • Everyone in the training area MUST be pre-registered online

  • Please do not come with any sick symptoms!

  • Food is not allowed inside main gym.

  • Bring a water bottle!

  • Vending machine available (that takes debit/credit) 

  • No refunds / cancellations

SIGN IN  / OUT PROCEDURE
Doors do not open early, and do not close late.
YOU MUST SIGN IN / OUT INSIDE and just check in quick in case there are any notes about your child as the week goes on
MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE NUMBERS ARE CORRECT and that we can reach you throughout the day if needed.

USING THE DRIVE THRU FOR SIGN IN/OUT
(for other programs, no pick up using the drive thru. just camps)

 

  • Pull all the way thru as directed in the video.

  • Stop and Turn car off

  • Quickly come inside to your camp sign in area (door 7840 for parkour, door 7848 for Cheer)

  • You can park for 1-2 min (turn off vehicle) and come to sign in :)

ABOUT STAFF:

Our coaches at camp (and in all our programs) have learned via on the job training, certification courses, and so much more. Our staff and volunteers must have a passion for their craft, and love sharing it with children of all ages!  Additionally, they are first aid certified, have had a current CRC (or are a minor), and have various certifications and training in our programs (parkour, cheer, gymnastics).

Junior Coaches are part of our Career Education and Life Skills program - which is on site training for youth that leads to a job in our facility. Many of them are already working on important education programs that we have connected them with to build their resume.

THINGS TO REMEMBER:

SHOES:

  • Gymnastics - no shoes. 

  • Parkour, All In One & Cheer must have a separate pair of CLEAN INDOOR athletic shoes to change into at each class (no outside shoes!)

 

CLOTHING:

  • Weather appropriate athletic attire (temperature can be comparable to outside at times) 

  • long hair tied back

  • No jewelry

 

WATER:

  • Bring at least one water bottle.

 

VIEWING:

  • for participants only.  Parents can not stay.

BACKPACK: 

  • that can fit all items in!

  • Must take everything home each day

 

LUNCH / SNACKS

  • Large nut-free Lunch and snacks (no microwave on site)

SUMMER CAMPS / HOT SPRING CAMP DAYS (unlikely for Spring Break 2024)

  • Change of Clothes
  • Water / Park Friendly Attire: hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, sandles


 

GENERAL POLICIES:

  • If not feeling well, please STAY HOME! Sick children will be sent home.

  • MUST be able to participate safely and follow rules of the group and in a busy, high-energy atmosphere.

  • For everyone's safety, children unable to follow rules may be sent home (e.g. hands to self, caution in drills, etc).

  • No Cancellations.

  • No Refunds.

  • No transferring to another theme of camp once registered.  (For example, if a child is in gymnastics camp and would rather join the parkour side, this is NOT allowed.)

  • To benefit from discounts, participants MUST purchase ALL desired camps at the same time.  Separate purchases will not be taken into consideration.  Discounts on lesser items.

  • Discounts will be removed and registrations cancelled should policies not be followed.

  • Account purchases must only be for siblings by guardian / parent.   Friends must be on their own parent / guardian account

 

OUTLINE OF TYPICAL DAY:

First Hour

  • Arrival, Sign In, Welcome, Introductions, Rules

  • Exploration / adjustment time

  • Game / Ice Breaker / Lessons / Alternate as needed with table activities 

10:30am

  • Snack

  • Lessons / Alternate as needed with table activities

12:00pm/12:30pm

  • Lunch

  • Lessons / Alternate as needed with table activities

2:00pm

  • Snack

  • Lessons / Alternate as needed with table activities

LAST 30 Minutes

  • Clean Up (equip away),

  • Stretch and Get Ready for Home

  • Gym Closes @ Camp End Time

LESSONS

  • Parkour:  basic in floor, vault, bars, and wall skills.

  • Cheer & Gymnastics: Basic stunts and pyramids, jumps, routione work, Beam Bar and Floor work including tumbling  

  • All In One: a combination of all of the above.

DISCOUNTS

POLICY: To benefit from discounts, participants MUST purchase ALL desired camps at the same time.  Separate purchases will not be taken into consideration.  Discounts on lesser items.  Account purchases must only be for siblings by guardian / parent.  Discounts will be removed and registrations cancelled should policies not be followed.

SUMMER CAMPS - Daily Park Visits

Summer camps will walk to EDMONDS park daily!  More info to come!  But plan for spray park play a few times a week!

(exceptions for MEMBERS WEEK ADVANCE CAMPS)
